On behalf of Mark and myself I want to thank you (and your team) for making our trip possible and so well done. Issam, thank you for taking so much time to talk with us and shepherd us around Hurghada; it made our few hours there special.

Dear Sherif, I am writing to let you know that I arrived in Boston yesterday safe and sound. Both flights were very comfortable and with very good service. I also wanted to thank you for all your effort in arranging a wonderful trip for me in Egypt. I felt very taken care of by all the attention and your constant presence and availability. It has left a wonderful memory of Egypt for me and has made me want to take future trips there. I want wish you the very best. Do let me know if you ever plan on visiting the United States. How are you? Hope everything is going well with you and you had your well deserved holiday. I actually sent you an email after we arrived in England but somehow it got bounced back. anyway, just wish to say we had a great time in Egypt and above all we very much appreciated your kind help and attention to details.
