it was such a great trip to Egypt

Hi Heba,
Good day
We are back in Dubai and it was such a great trip to Egypt. Frankly better than expected
You guys are dsoing a great job and you have a good team
You guys are punctual, adaptive and informative
Thanks a ton for a great holiday
We will remember this for a long time
Guess what......we got stuck in the airport lift for 10 minutes after immigration
was funny and scary
took them 10-15 minutes to take us out
The head of police and airports did come to apologise- so it was nice of them
The phone in the life didnt work and neither did mobile
It was only after a bit of kicking the lift door did someone realise we were inside
Anyways things happen on holidays
Thanaks again for all you guys did for us
Hurray one again for a great team you guys have
Please pass regards to Ahmed and to our great guy Rauf- hope his marriage goes well- send him on te nile cruise for Honeymoon.
Please say hi to Manar and Daliya as well. They were great.
Please pass our regards to our drivers as well. They were all so well behaved, punctual and helpful.

Dear Heba,
This is long overdue, and I should have written to you before, but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and all your colleagues for helping to make our first trip to Egypt a truly memorable and amazing experience!
Our room on the boat was absolutely lovely and the food was great. All the waiters, cleaners and other staff we met were friendly and helpful and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation.
I would also like to say a special thank you to our guide, Maghre (I think that is how it is spelt?!) We didn’t realise that we were going to have a guide of our own, we had assumed we would be in a big group, so it was wonderful to discover that we were not going to be herded around like the rest of the tourists! Maghre was very informative and interesting, and told us not only everything about the wonderful sites we visited, but was also full of information about daily life in Egypt with his family, and everything else we wanted to know. He also looked after us very well when we went out shopping in the market!
The other representatives of your company were also very helpful and well-organised, and managed to arrange things for us at the last minute with no trouble at all.
So once again, thank you to you and all of your colleagues, and we will not hesitate to recommend your company to any of our friends who might want to travel to Egypt. We hope to come back again some day, and will certainly contact you first for any future holidays!
